Job summary

HI-LEX North America seeks an entry-level maintenance associate to assist with basic maintenance and repairs to keep the facility and equipment in good working order. You will learn foundational maintenance skills and support more experienced technicians while contributing to building, storage, production, and office areas.

You will perform routine tasks, troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues, handle carpentry, plumbing, painting, and document work.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and safety adherence.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as light bulb changes and minor repairs.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules under supervision.
