Job summary

Centennial seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve the property environment, perform repairs, and manage PMs. The role includes basic HVAC work, plumbing, electrical tasks, and coordinating with supervisors and managers to meet facility goals.

The position requires a high school diploma (vocational HVAC cert preferred) and 1–3 years’ maintenance experience. The job is 100% in-office on-site, with varied shifts including nights and holidays. CMMS knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; vocational degree or certification in HVAC, construction trades, or building maintenance desired.
• 1–3 years’ experience as Maintenance Tech or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operations and the physical asset under supervision.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems with basic repair and planned maintenance.
• Complete work orders via CMMS (Building Engines/Net Facilities) for a range of repairs.
• Support for events and facility activities.
• Keep records of maintenance programs and projects.
• Ensure safe, clean, and unobstructed work environments for tenants and vendors.
