Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Sullivan in Littleton, CO. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs and inspections to ensure buildings remain safe and functional.

The role involves HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks and collaboration with contractors to complete projects. Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, keeping records, and supporting renovations or installations while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license if travel between sites is required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems
• Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures and appliances
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems as needed
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, including janitorial duties when needed
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety codes and company policies
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Assist with building renovations, installations or furniture assembly
• Monitor inventory of supplies and request replacements when necessary
• Collaborate with contractors or vendors when specialized repairs are needed
