Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems for troubleshooting and repair.
• Proficient in general maintenance tasks such as painting and carpentry to keep facilities in top condition.
• Excellent problem solving to identify and resolve maintenance issues quickly.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities for safety compliance and reference.
• Good communication to coordinate with team and address maintenance requests.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols, using protective equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and repair equipment and facilities.
