Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 2-3 years building maintenance experience including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, plans and drawings and explain them to others.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facility and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Perform maintenance and minor repairs on interior/exterior areas including painting, drywall and lighting.
• Operate equipment for preventive maintenance and maintain logs/files.
• Support other departments (e.g., Marketing, Local Leasing) for events and cart placement.
