Job summary

Qualifications
- Three years of maintenance/trade experience required.
- HVAC, kitchen equipment, plumbing or electrical knowledge desired.
- Must work flexible schedule incl. weekends/events.
- Ability to read plans, specs, and schematics.
- Must be 21+ years old.
- OSHA 10 and equipment programs knowledge expected.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and advise on casino equipment.
- Maintain and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
- Replace damaged ceiling/floor tiles and wall coverings.
- Patch and paint walls; perform touch-ups.
- Stock, transport, and replace HVAC filters; inspect systems.
- Keep roof and roof drains clear of debris.
- Lift/move heavy items; furniture and equipment.
- Assemble/adjust tables, chairs, and office furniture.
- Change bulbs/fixtures; basic lighting upkeep.
- Deliver/pick up parts and supplies; assist in moving items.
- Assist with snow removal and other duties as assigned.
