Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords.

You will respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with local authorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cords.
• Perform general maintenance projects and respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents.
• Communicate with local fire marshal, building inspector and other jurisdictions as required.
