Qualifications

• Experience or training showing ability to perform maintenance work across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Evidence of training/experience supported by detailed resume descriptions.
• Qualification will be evaluated per standards and may include volunteer work.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, fabricate, repair and install carpentry structures.
• Construct and repair partitions, walls, doors, frames, windows and cabinets.
• Install, alter, repair and maintain plumbing systems.
• Install and repair electrical circuits, wiring, panels and controls.
• Maintain HVAC, refrigeration equipment and associated controls.
• Operate and service emergency power systems and generators.
• Maintain medical gas and vacuum systems serving clinical spaces.
• Inspect, test and repair fire pumps, valves and lines for fire suppression.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to facility emergencies.
