North Carolina State University is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician - Contributing to join the Building Maintenance & Operations team in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance of campus facilities, working Mon-Fri, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, supporting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, steam, and other building systems to keep the campus safe and reliable.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or building system trades preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and document work performed with time, materials, and readings.
