Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in commercial/industrial maintenance preferred.
• Technical degree/cert in HVAC/R, plumbing, or related program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance: mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, snow/ice removal, debris clearance.
• Operate and maintain vehicles and tools such as pickup trucks, forklifts, tractors, mowers, blowers, sprayers according to safety protocols.
• Conduct minor building repairs including carpentry, plumbing, lighting, and painting tasks.
• Maintain and clean maintenance equipment; ensure safe operation.
• Handle delivery of supplies, verify details, load/unload, secure items for transport.
• Document work performed, materials used, and labor hours in the work order system.
