Qualifications

Skilled maintenance work on buildings and equipment including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Ability to read and interpret drawings or blueprints for maintenance projects.
Experience in handling varied hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

Perform skilled maintenance, repair, and remodeling of buildings and equipment.
Operate HVAC systems, electrical circuits, plumbing fixtures, and related equipment.
Assist in major maintenance projects and respond to facility needs as assigned.
Train and guide student employees as needed.
Prepare maintenance records and reports; ensure safety practices.
