Job summary

Palm Construction Group seeks a Field Technician to perform equipment and facility maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to keep facilities operating efficiently. The role requires strong problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has experience with maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, plus a valid California driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Competency in reading and understanding drawings.
• Knowledge of construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks, such as repairing, replacing, and troubleshooting, to ensure proper operation.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Capable of communicating and updating all notes required for each service request to ensure we have a detailed description of your findings in the field, accurate records of maintenance activities, and equipment inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
