Job summary

Pilotcompany in Texas is seeking a Maintenance Associate to help keep our travel center clean and welcoming. You will perform everyday upkeep of the store, restrooms, and shower areas, and assist with towels and basic repairs.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a team player, able to lift 50 pounds, and flexible to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience is a plus, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Willing to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in similar roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
