Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform routine maintenance on facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, building infrastructure).
• Inspect buildings to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Troubleshoot minor machinery issues and determine root causes.
• Perform general repairs across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting trades.
• Ensure facility systems operate efficiently and safely; document work performed.
