Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Upkeeps and updates lighting in the facility, including re-lamping, troubleshooting, installing, and repairing fixtures.
• Maintains and upgrades plumbing systems, including cleaning drains; installing and troubleshooting fixtures, and repairing drain pans.
• Performs general carpentry, including installation of partition, drywall repair, and finish carpentry and painting.
• Conducts masonry repairing forklift damage, patching concrete floors and walls, and pouring concrete bollards.
• Performs electrical work by installing commercial wiring; troubleshooting and repairing commercial wiring.
• Performs HVAC troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems.
