Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facility systems.
• Conducts preventive maintenance activities according to schedules.
• Inspects facilities for safety hazards and improvement needs.
• Troubleshoots and repairs electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building issues.
• Responds to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
• Maintains and repairs fixtures, doors, windows, lighting, and equipment.
