You will handle general maintenance tasks, address work orders, and help keep walls, lighting, and safety systems in top condition. Flexibility for varied shifts and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Can read and pass a tape measure test.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities operations.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and general repair work.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve them efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Address work orders promptly.
• Repair walls, doors, flooring, and windows as needed.
• Replace lighting, air filters, and other consumables regularly.
• Monitor and support building safety systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency exits).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
