Job summary

Big Top in Perry, Florida is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across indoor and outdoor spaces. You will clean restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and grounds, restock supplies, and help with basic maintenance while reporting to the Purchasing Manager.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, independence, safety, and reliable attendance. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with opportunities to contribute to landscaping and facility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, custodial, landscaping, or facility maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Replenishes restroom and breakroom supplies.
• Empties trash and recycling throughout the facility.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and maintains floors and surfaces.
• Cleans doors, windows and fixtures as needed.
• Performs groundskeeping and landscape maintenance tasks.
• Maintains cleanliness of parking lots, entrances, and outdoor work areas.
• Reports safety hazards and maintenance concerns to management.
