Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a maintenance technician in an institutional setting.
• Two years of experience as a licensed Journeyman in the specialized trade.
• Master license in one trade or two Journeyman licenses (Electrical, Plumber, EPA, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled maintenance duties related to facility engineering and maintenance.
• Supervises and leads workers on projects.
• Reads and transmits complex instructions; maintains logs and work orders.
• Repairs HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems and related equipment.

Skills

Five years maintenance experience

Two years licensed journeyman

Master license or multiple tradeLic

Valid driver’s license

Education

Trade school or maintenance vocational schooling
