Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively in writing, by phone, and in person.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, push, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have eyesight enabling vision both near and far.
• Must be comfortable using a step stool or ladder.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, public space, and back of house areas.
• Repair or replace various hotel items like light bulbs and faucets.
• Inspect buildings for maintenance needs.
• Assist with preventive maintenance program.
