Job summary

Concord is looking for a Maintenance Technician 2 in Cleveland, OH to maintain hotel equipment and systems, perform routine repairs, and support safety and guest comfort. You’ll work on-site as part of the Engineering team, helping with preventative maintenance and building projects.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in general maintenance or facility repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
