U-Haul is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician in Fullerton, CA. You will inspect, maintain, and upgrade buildings, performing general maintenance, installations, repairs and preventive inspections across multiple sites.

The role requires experience in electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping, a valid driver’s license, and 18+ years old. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement plans and on-the-job training.

Competenze

• Experience in any of the following areas: electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping.
• Valid driver’s license
• D.O.T certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul)
• 1-2 year Maintenance and Repair Experience
• Must be 18 or older

Mansioni

• Inspect, maintain and build new buildings.
• Perform general maintenance, installation, repair and service.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and semiannual roof inspections at various sites.
• Effectively work with a variety of hand/power tools.
• Pool knowledge with other Facility Maintenance Technicians to accomplish complex projects.
• Complete work requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep track of company truck and gas card.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
