Allaire Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our caring team at Morristown, NJ. You will perform repairs, maintenance, and safety checks to keep our facility running smoothly and safely.

You will test generators, coordinate with various departments, manage work orders, and participate in fire safety programs. On-call availability and reliability are essential in this role.

Responsabilités

• Meet physical and sensory requirements and work in the described environment.
• Identify and participate in process improvements to enhance workflow and the work environment.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and supplies.
• Test emergency generator weekly and monthly as required by state and federal regulations.
• Follow safety rules and policies of the maintenance department.
• Maintain the building in good repair and compliant with codes.
• Perform monthly maintenance checks of the building, grounds, and facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks such as painting, carpentry, changing light bulbs.
