Responsibilities

• Meet physical and sensory requirements and be able to work in the described environment.
• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve workflows and safety.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Test emergency generator weekly and monthly as required by regulations.
• Maintain the building in good repair and comply with codes and laws.
• Conduct monthly maintenance checks of buildings, grounds, and facilities.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, changing light bulbs.
