Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on building and equipment.
• Test emergency generator weekly and monthly as required.
• Follow established safety rules and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Maintain the building in good repair and safe condition, including electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems.
• Coordinate maintenance work with other departments.
• Inspect fire extinguishers every 30 days.
• Keep work areas neat and maintain records of maintenance tasks.
