• Meet physical and sensory requirements and work in the described environment.
• Identify process improvements to enhance workflow and customer experience.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and supplies.
• Test emergency generator weekly and monthly as required by regulations.
• Follow safety rules and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Keep building in good repair and free of hazards.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local codes and laws.
• Perform monthly maintenance checks of building, grounds, and facilities.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as painting and light carpentry.
• Coordinate maintenance work with other departments.
