Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team in New Jersey. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure hotel equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently and assist with preventative maintenance programs.

You will respond to guest requests with professionalism, support other departments, and follow safety procedures. The role offers full-time employment with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance or similar role.
• Hands-on problem solving with a proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
