Concord is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Engineering team in Wayne, NJ. This on-site, part-time role performs routine maintenance and repairs to keep hotel facilities in top condition and supports building projects to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

You will assist the Chief Engineer, conduct preventive maintenance checks, and respond promptly to guest requests with professional, courteous service while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
• Hands-on problem solving with a reliable, team-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
