Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs involving building systems, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC support.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and basic repairs on equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Maintain grounds and landscaped areas through mowing, trimming, pruning, debris removal, and general upkeep.
• Complete assigned work orders and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Conduct facility inspections and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
• Operate maintenance tools, equipment, and groundskeeping machinery safely and effectively.
• Assist with facility moves, special projects, and emergency maintenance activities as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

Position Summary
