Flik Hospitality Group in New York, NY is hiring a full-time Building Maintenance Worker to ensure day-to-day upkeep and smooth operation of the building and campus. The role involves basic repairs, cleaning, and safety checks, with shifts 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of maintenance experience and a valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license. We offer free meals, uniforms and laundering services at select locations, plus the company’s extensive benefits

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of building maintenance or related experience.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures day-to-day upkeep, maintenance and smooth operation of the building and campus.
• Performs minor repairs to doors, fixtures and furniture.
• Maintains building security and safety by locking doors after hours and monitoring electrical usage.
• Cleans building floors and restrooms, and handles light cleaning duties.
• Sets up facilities for events and assists with general maintenance tasks.
