Responsibilities

• Performs minor repair tasks in carpentry, drywall, ceilings, floors, painting and other trades under supervision.
• Assists in more difficult building trades tasks.
• Keeps equipment in safe working order and operates power tools.
• Moves and transports office furniture or surplus items as required.
• Drives a County vehicle to carry out assignments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
