Job summary

Pratt Miller is seeking a hands-on Facilities Support role to help maintain the safety and cleanliness of our site. You will assist with basic maintenance, events setup, and daily upkeep while learning to use common hand and power tools.

A valid driver’s license is required and Pratt Miller will cover costs to obtain one. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to complete tasks on schedule in a dynamic environment at our Michigan location.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, detail oriented, and efficient with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work with others and on your own after receiving direction.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude is necessary to deal with a variety of personalities.
• Must complete assigned tasks in a reasonable time frame.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to help maintain safety, cleanliness and general condition of the facility.
• Assist with basic facility maintenance and minor repairs.
• Assist with set up and tear-down of employee events.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks after training.
• Learn to safely use basic hand and power tools.
• Help maintain organization and cleanliness of facility and maintenance areas.
