Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance with knowledge of building systems and equipment.
• Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate well with managers to accomplish tasks.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Record keeping and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, electrical repairs, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, storage rooms, and tools.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular hot water boiler inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Other duties assigned by the Facilities Manager.
• Snow removal & Salt application when needed due to snowfall
