Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance and knowledge of building systems.
• Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to communicate with managers to accomplish tasks.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and perform repairs.
• Perform maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
• Adhere to safety policies for a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular hot water boiler inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
• Snow removal and salt application when needed.
