Job Details:

1. Direct hire career opportunity

3. $26 per hour + depending on experience + 10% differential
4. 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm – 2:00am (Friday is OT day)
5. Must be able to train on weekday shift for up to 2 months

What’s a typical day as a Facilities Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

1. Overseeing the HVAC & VRF systems and maintaining essential equipment such as ovens, paint booths, and loading docks.
2. Utilizing the Building Management System to ensure optimal operational temperatures throughout the facility.
3. Performing remodeling, expansions, and ensuring all work areas are clean, orderly, and presentable at all times, including some snow removal duties.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

1. Have HVAC certification (preferred) and possess mechanical and machine maintenance troubleshooting skills (mandatory).
2. Hold a two-year college degree or have 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Are computer literate and have a valid driver’s license, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team.
