Job summary

HEICO Aerospace in Hollywood, FL is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to maintain the appearance of buildings and equipment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of janitorial/maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cosmetic appearance of building structures, equipment and spaces through cleaning, sanding, staining and painting.
• Mop floors and vacuum carpets daily.
• Clean bathroom fixtures, walls and equipment.
• Ensure aisles and doorways are free of debris.
• Inspect for water leaks and report issues to Facilities Manager or Team Lead.
• Perform interior and exterior window cleaning.
• Maintain housekeeping cleaning supply inventory.
• Dust offices, cubicles, and common areas.
• Clean A/C vent covers.
• Inspect exterior areas for cleanliness and power wash as needed.
• Inspect lighting and report to Facilities Manager.
