HEICO Corporation is seeking a Housekeeper for a Fulltime Direct Hire role in Hollywood, FL to maintain building and equipment appearance and report service issues to the Facilities Manager. Work hours are 11:30 am–8 pm on Mon–Tue, and 10:30 am–7 pm on Friday.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to perform minor repairs, and to operate cleaning equipment. Education includes a high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of janitorial experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year janitorial/maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains cosmetic appearance of building structures, equipment and spaces, including cleaning, sanding, staining and painting.
• Mop floors and vacuum carpets daily.
• Cleans all bathroom fixtures, walls and equipment.
• Reports service issues to the Facilities Manager and Team Lead.
• Inspects interior ceilings and walls for leaks and notifies issues.
• Performs interior and exterior window cleaning.
• Maintains housekeeping cleaning supply inventory.
• Operates floor cleaners, buffers, and other equipment safely.
