Job summary

Riverence Brood LLC is hiring for a full-time maintenance helper to support the Facility Manager. The role involves preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and equipment operation, including forklift, scissor lift, tractors, and lawn mowers. The work is outdoors and in diverse weather conditions.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of maintenance or electrical experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. The position includes comprehensive benefits and year-round duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance/electrical experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive maintenance as instructed.
• Repair company machinery and equipment.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Inspect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
• Repair minor to major plumbing, electrical, carpentry and safety systems.
• Operate forklift, scissor lift, tractors and lawn mowers.
• Provide general maintenance of company grounds.
