Job summary

Riverence Brood LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support the Facility Manager with preventive and corrective maintenance across our broodstock facilities. You will operate equipment like forklifts, scissor lifts, tractors, and lawn mowers, perform repairs, and assist with grounds upkeep in varying weather conditions.

The role requires at least 1 year in a maintenance/electrical environment, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in maintenance/electrical environment.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Provide preventive maintenance as instructed.
Perform repairs on company machinery and equipment.
Basic Vehicle Maintenance and troubleshooting.
Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
Repair minor to major plumbing, electrical, carpentry and safety systems.
Provide general maintenance of company grounds, including weed eating, mowing, and pressure washing.
Operate forklift, scissor lift, tractors and lawn mowers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
