Job summary

Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform diverse maintenance tasks and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include routine repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and facility systems, with a focus on safety and reliability. A flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.

Qualifications

• Three years of general maintenance experience required (paint, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or related trades).
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience strongly preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and internet-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work across building systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment for safe operation.
• Support preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend system longevity.
