Qualifications

• One to three years of maintenance experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and document work orders.
• Coordinate with contractors to schedule repairs.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs.
