Job summary

Aerotek in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, including plumbing, pipe fitting, pumps, and low-voltage electrical work. This on-site role requires collaboration with the facilities team and accurate record-keeping of all PMs and repairs.

The position is 1st shift, 45–50 hours weekly, with overtime as needed; company vehicle, tools, and drive time are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years facilities maintenance experience.
• 2+ years basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, and painting experience.
• 2+ years in a commercial or industrial facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Address plumbing, pipe fitting, and rebuilding pumps as needed.
• Service basic mechanical systems and low-voltage electrical repairs.
• Collaborate with facilities team to schedule maintenance.
• Record PMs, repairs, and inspections accurately.
