Job summary

WellLife Network is seeking a Facility Maintenance worker in the South Richmond Hill area of New York. The role focuses on keeping facilities clean, safe, and in good repair, with on-site duties across residences and program sites.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and related maintenance experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment and perform general upkeep.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure fire and life safety compliance and repair as needed.
• Complete facility inspection checklists and document work orders.
• Track inventory and maintain records of supplies and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and weather-related events and assist with site safety.
