Job summary

WellLife Network in New York seeks a reliable facilities associate to maintain a clean, safe environment at the White Plains Road site, supporting compassionate community health services.

You will perform cleaning, floor care, landscaping, trash removal, supply stocking, and follow health and safety regulations; duties may include snow shoveling. Qualified applicants have a high school diploma and NYS driver’s license; compensation is hourly, based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency diploma or experience in general maintenance work.
• A valid NYS Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment including floors, windows, bathrooms and furniture.
• Perform landscaping and lawn care using mower and hedge trimmer; water and maintain lawns.
• Notify management of deficiencies and stock supply rooms.
• Follow health and safety regulations; gather and empty trash.
• Duties may include snow shoveling and salting areas.
• Other duties as requested.
