Job summary

Paragon Implant MFG LLC is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform basic and routine facilities maintenance and repair tasks in our California facility, following SOPs to install, inspect, and service mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste systems.

You will log activities, review procedures, inspect hazardous areas, and support facility projects such as painting, carpentry, and fixture installation, under moderate supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of applied technical maintenance experience or related certifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards for maintenance programs.
• Experience in a medical device environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify causes of failures and determine corrective actions promptly.
• Perform general maintenance on CNC Swiss machines.
• Review maintenance procedures to ensure best practices and documentation.
• Conduct daily inspections of areas with hazards (noise, heat/cold, chemicals, high voltage).
• Maintain records of daily activities, equipment status, and parameters.
• Adhere to Work Plans, SOPs, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams.
• Keep work areas organized and hazard-free.
• Other duties as assigned.
