Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to perform a range of building and equipment upkeep across the community. You will complete work orders in the CMMS, inspect and service equipment, and assist residents with maintenance tasks.

You will support groundskeeping, safety drills, infection control, and on-call coverage as needed. A high school diploma and familiarity with WorxHUB CMMS are preferred, with a valid driver’s license encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Trade school preferable
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings
• Experience with the WorxHUB CMMS preferred

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders as assigned in a CMMS to repair or install equipment and assist residents with maintenance needs
• Performs equipment maintenance, testing, lubrication, cleaning, and reports malfunctions or needed replacements
• Maintains appearance of main buildings and grounds, including snow removal and salting
• Uses hand and power tools following safety procedures
• Performs Life Safety inspections and drills (sprinklers, fire drills, electrical inspections, etc.)
• Follows infection control procedures and uses PPE when handling waste and chemicals
• Follows safety protocols and reports hazards or incidents to supervisor
• On-call duties as scheduled
