Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking a Maintenance-AAI to join our Glendale campus. The role preserves safety, cleanliness, functionality, and appearance by performing maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks to keep buildings, equipment, and grounds in top condition.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic knowledge of plumbing/electrical/mechanical systems, and the ability to work independently while delivering reliable service to staff and students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• Experience in facility maintenance or building operations.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Complete general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC support.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Ensure facilities are safe, clean, and operational at all times.
• Document all work in maintenance logs or digital systems.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for campus events and room configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
