Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Constructs, installs, repairs, and maintains structures/equipment.
• Operates light equipment and performs preventative maintenance.
• Prepares and processes work orders and daily paperwork.
• Moves equipment and materials as directed.
• Participates in grounds maintenance as needed.
• Assists in basic maintenance of classrooms, offices and related areas.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature.
