Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to relay information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Inspect and diagnose problems; perform repairs as needed.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and coordinate with teams to complete tasks.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems run efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety.
• Follow procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Contribute to team objectives through defined duties and processes under supervision.
