Job summary

Brandon Wilde is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the physical plant operations in a 40-hour work week. The role involves preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs, and building/equipment repairs under supervision.

The starting pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, with a typical schedule from 9am to 5pm. Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma and one year of maintenance experience, plus familiarity with English and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in building maintenance.
• One year or more experience in apartment and/or healthcare community maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties such as fixing wall/floor covers and minor repairs.
• Receive service requests and respond in a timely manner.
• Perform painting and refurbishment projects as directed by supervisor.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and minor building/equipment repairs.
• Maintain exterior and interior of buildings and assist with emergencies as needed.
